2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary content, images, logos, and materials required for the project.

Ensure that all provided materials do not infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights.

Approve or provide feedback within the agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
Note: Domain name registration, hosting setup, and email creation/support are not included in standard packages unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
3. Payment Terms

All projects require an initial deposit (usually 50%) before work begins.

Remaining payment must be cleared upon project completion, prior to the website going live.

Payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

Late payments may delay delivery or result in suspension of ongoing services.
4. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as mentioned in the proposal.

Additional revisions, scope changes, or new features requested after approval may be billed separately.

Changes to approved designs or timelines may be considered out of scope and will require written confirmation and additional payment.
5. Project Timelines
Project delivery depends on client cooperation and timely feedback. Adiie9.com is not responsible for delays caused by:

Client’s failure to provide content or approvals on time

Third-party server or hosting issues

Unforeseen technical or external factors beyond our control
6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website files and design.

Adiie9.com reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing, or social media to showcase our services.

Any third-party software, plugins, or licenses used in development remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their terms.
7. Content and Copyright
The client is responsible for ensuring all content, images, and materials provided are original or legally licensed for use. Adiie9.com will not be liable for any copyright violations or legal claims arising from client-provided materials.
8. Maintenance and Support

Post-launch maintenance is not included unless specified in a support plan.

Ongoing maintenance or updates will be charged at the agreed hourly or monthly rate.

We recommend clients keep regular backups of their website data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Adiie9.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. We are not responsible for losses caused by:

Downtime due to hosting or third-party tools

Security breaches or hacking incidents beyond our control

Changes made by the client or third parties after project delivery
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

The client will be billed for all completed work and expenses up to the termination date.

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project details, client data, and proprietary information confidential and not disclose them to third parties without consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
13. Changes to Terms
Adiie9.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
