1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using adiie9.com and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Adiie9 provides website development, digital marketing, and app development services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project proposals and agreements signed between the parties.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit of 50% is required before work commences
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion before handover
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue
- Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them (custom code, designs, content). Third-party components (plugins, frameworks, stock assets) remain subject to their respective licences.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback
- Obtain all necessary permissions for third-party content provided
- Not use deliverables for illegal or harmful purposes
6. Revisions
Each project proposal specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Adiie9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
